On Sunday, October 27th, 2024, the Florida Chi Alumni Association Association of Sigma Alpha Epsilon have made their first official donation to the emerging SAE Chapter at UTampa. A series of four multi - colored 32" x 80" vertical pop-up banners were presented to the 47 emerging brothers at their weekly chapter meeting.
"This gift to the chapter will make a major difference in building stronger SAE brand awareness on campus at UTampa," said Chapter Advisor Mark Turner, "This gives the new emerging brothers 4 large and lightweight banners for a wide variety of events."
Turner clarified, "Point-of-sale banners are not new to the business community, and are a strategic touchpoint in building grass roots support for any product or service." Turner finished by saying, "The targeted nature and portability of these point-of-purchase banners is perfect for any indoor fraternal event."
Eminent Archon Trevor Sandler stated, "We have an immedate need for signage on campus and these banners will go a long way to help support our events for recruitment, initiations, alumni, and all official social events." Sandler continued, "The Florida Chi chapter will be using these banners for years to come."
Since 2012, the Florida Chi Alumni Association is the official alumni group for the chapter. Our association represents over 100 UTampa alumni of the Florida Chi Chapter from 1979 to 1991. Our on-going goals are to support each brothers development and help in the chapter's commitment to scholarship, service, honor, loyalty and brotherhood.
